In 1969 Ephraim migrated to Israel where he married Gael Catherine Dupont who followed him from Montreal. They had two children - Karine was born in Israel. The family migrated back to Canada in 1970 where Daphna was born. They settle in Chomedey, Laval, Quebec, Canada.
